They are a little more expensive then the other packages on offer, but with that comes Yahoo's reliability and their long standing reputation in the industry. They also offer support second to none, with many website tools all for free to help get you started.

Reliability
Yahoo has been one of the most reliable hosts that we’ve encountered. Our one test website did however suffer some downtime, but again this was due to a technical fault, and was sorted out in no time at all. After that we haven’t been able to report on anything negative about the service.
Control Panel
Yahoo have developed their own customized web based control panel, which is extremely easy to use and intuitive right off the bat. The other main stream control panels, offer more flexibility and power, but there is a much steeper learning curve. The control panel allows you control all of the features integrated in Yahoo other applications and services.
Customer Support
With Yahoo being one of the bigger names in hosting, they have the ability to put a lot more behind the customer support team. All of the agents that we came into contact where very friendly and helpful, and best of all highly trained about the service they offered. There was no waiting for an agent to find out about something from a superior, even our more complicated technical questions were answered there and then, which was very impressive.
