Dot 5 has been operating since 2002, and have been providing great service and excellent support. They have created their hosting plans to fit almost anyone wishing to host online, and it is hard to find fault with them. It's incredible how low the cost of hosting has come down with all the competition out there, at the cost of $ 3.95 per month, you can't go wrong! This is only a fraction of what you would pay for a similar dedicated hosting plan.

We have placed Dot 5 web hosting high on a list due to their overall performance as a whole. There was very little that we could find fault with, and believe Dot 5 gives you the perfect platform to create, and grow your website from.
Their plan includes unlimited disk space, and unlimited bandwidth per month. Most hosts are offering large amounts of bandwidth, but what people fail to read is the terms and conditions, however the hosts on our list like Dot 5 offer extremely unrestrictive unlimited hosting.
With the usual free domain you get $50 free Yahoo! credits, and $30 Google Awords credit to start driving traffic to your site immediately! Another great feature is Google's Webmasters Tools is automatically integrated into your account.
Reliability
Over the past 7 months running our tests, we have experienced very little downtime, in fact our site has only briefly been down within that time period. We have found Dot 5's servers to be extremely robust and responsive.
Control Panel
Your Dot 5 account comes loaded with VDeck as the control panel, and list the other top end control panels, is extremely powerful and flexible. You should be able to do everything you need to regarding your hosting account with this control panel.
Customer Support
We are glad to report that Dot 5's customer support has come out tops. Some hosts are finding it difficult to keep up with the support, and have resulted in leaving their customers hanging. Our calls were always answered in under a minute, which is fantastic. When you do have a problem, there is nothing worse then waiting for someone to pick up on the other side while you are twiddling your thumbs!
Any problems that we did have were resolved extremely quickly and in a very friendly manner. Dot 5 are fast and effiecient anyway you try to contact, be it their toll free support number, email or their ticketing system.
